Aberdeen-Angus 3x Embryos (2x Grade 1 and 1x Grade 2)
Dam: Craigour Elderberry Blossom D083 was a beautiful cow sired by MVBL Lancer 9F (first picture) - a very much admired import of the late 90's. He was owned by Glympton Estates, Oxfordshire, who reputedly paid £30,000 for him. Widely used by the late William Robertson at Nightingale. Lancer ended up in Aberdeenshire and we'd have really loved to see him at Cairnton. However, we managed to receive his daughter Elderberry Blossom D083 and her sister, both bred well, including the locally famous Cairnton Elder Bently who brought considerable show success over 2 seasons.
Sire: Blelack Prince Consort A286 needs little introduction - probably one of the most widely used Blelack bulls, who consistently produced milky females who grow well. His milk figure is +23. The second picture is Blelack Blacksmith Y291, grandsire to the embryo calf and sire of Blelack Prince Consorts.
A great mating - embryos with proven success and certainly worthy of consideration to have calves on the ground for 2023.
- Available to UK buyers - embryos are not eligible for export.
